Mind

Auf dieser Bühne tauchen wir in das Mysterium des Bewusstseins ein, erforschen Philosophien des Seins und unseres Innenlebens, erkunden Konzepte von Identität und psychischer Gesundheit. Indem wir unseren Geist trainieren, kultivieren wir eine mitfühlende Beziehung zu uns selbst und anderen.

Heart

Die heilende Kraft der Gemeinschaft nutzen und unseren Herzenswunsch zum Ausdruck bringen: Wer sind wir, wenn wir wirklich gesehen und gehört werden? Mit herzöffnenden Atemübungen, Übungen authentischer Beziehungen, Mitgefühl und Freundlichkeit wollen wir eine Ethik der Liebe unterstützen, durch die wir durchs Leben wohlwollender und großzügiger durchs Leben gehen und handeln können.

We are marvelous sentient beings! How can we truly find a home in ourselves? How do we build trust in our emotions and in the wisdom and resilience we intuitively hold as breathing moving bodies? Grounding our experiences in movement and body awareness, we embrace a philosophy of embodied learning.

Play

To play is an essential form of our true nature. Play worships the present moment, it allows a space to try, fail and learn without judgment. Unleash your imagination to envision the new worlds of tomorrow!The Play stage is also our big main stage: During the days, laughter, curiosity, and joy reign supreme while at night we celebrate the liberation of the human spirit with big ceremonies and blissful DJ-Sets.

World

This earth is more than our environment. When experiencing ourselves as one with nature and this universe, how do we look on global challenges and processes of destruction and transformation? How can we become guardians and caretakers of a flourishing planet? We reflect on our role in creating new visions and values to build new tomorrows in deep and meaningful relation with everything around us.

Honesty and Trust among Men

Andreas Grotekemper

We will meet each other in powerful movements, honest sharings and intimate encounters. We want to strip away old conditioning that hinders us to come together as men who support each other and share with an open heart. What does it take to feel so strong that we can have each others back? What does it take to surrender to let yourself be truly supported by other men? We will talk honestly about the limitations and invite, using powerful exercises, the opportunity to rewrite your story when relating to men. Andreas is an international leadership facilitator and gestalt therapist who empowers groups and individuals to step into their authentic self, actualise their soul's purpose and overcome self-sabotage for over 10 years.

Regenerative Organisationen für eine lebendige Gesellschaft

Lino Zeddies

Wir werden erkunden, wie Organisationen durch regenerative Führung, zyklisches Arbeiten, einen konstruktiven Umgang mit Konflikten und andere regenerative Praktiken einen kraftvollen Beitrag zu einer lebendigen Gesellschaft leisten können. Dabei werde wir unterschiedliche Themen beleuchten, uns von vielfältigen Ansätzen und Methoden inspirieren lassen und diese praktisch mit Kopf, Herz und Hand erkunden. Lino teilt Erfahrungen aus seiner Organisation Reinventing Society, die als Reallabor einer regenerativen Kultur gegründet wurde und zeigt, wie sich emergente Strategien, Naturverbundenheit und das mutige Beenden von Dingen praktisch in die Zusammenarbeit integrieren lassen. Gemeinsam reflektieren wir, wie diese Impulse nicht nur unsere Organisationen, sondern die Gesellschaft insgesamt stärken können. Wenn du Lust hast, dich von neuen Ideen beflügeln zu lassen und in vertrauensvoller Atmosphäre an deinen eigenen regenerativen Perspektiven zu arbeiten, dann ist dieser Workshop das Richtige für dich.

Freundschaft mit meinen inneren Anteilen - Internal Family Systems

Bettina Tamura

Bettina ist zertifizierte IFS (Internal Family Systems) Therapeutin in eigener Praxis in Celle und Berlin. Nach einer Einführung in das Konzept der IFS (internal Family Systems) erforschen wir einen inneren Anteil wie zum Beispiel einen inneren Kritiker oder einen ängstlichen Teil. Mit angeleiteten Innenreisen und anschließendem Sharing versuchen wir, ein verständnisvolleres Verhältnis zu unserem Anteil zu entwickeln. Dadurch bereiten wir den Boden für Veränderungen in unserem System. Falls schmerzvolle Gefühle hochkommen und TeilnehmerInnen sich davon überwältigt fühlen, ist Unterstützung gewährleistet!

Somatic Laboratory: Come Alive and Create!

This current moment in human history demands a maximum level of presence and care from all of us – and the full spectrum of everyone’s creativity! Toni Morrison says: „This is precisely the time when artists go to work.“. But unfortunately, this our society is also perfectly designed to choose to numb ourselves in endless doomscrolling instead or spiritually bypass. We are less and less used to freely expressing the healthy physical and emotional impulses where they happen: in the body! In this Somatic Laboratory, we will experience a set of embodied practices and mental tools that can easily support us in accessing our body’s healthy impulses again. These practices include guided movement sequences, exercises for nervous system regulation and lots of space for free creation. By diving right through the deep layers of collapse and numbness we will discover our more subtle sensitivities and the massive, primordial rivers of aliveness that are to running through our veins at all times. From that place, everyone can become a vessel for the Greater Creativity to work through them. This is an invitation to absolutely everyone. Because we are all artists, sculpting, imagining, designing our own life and the ecosystems around us with every breath we take, through our thoughts and our actions. No matter whether you are a creative professional or so far did not regard yourself as a creative person, you are absolutely welcome and needed in this big work of collective imagination! We need new stories, new designs, new technologies, new imagery, new plans for adaptation, new ways or organizing. To get there, we will make use of the fact that we are many. A healthy response to the current conditions will not emerge through an isolated genius. It will be facilitated by collective intelligence. The natural world, especially plant and animal spirits will be by our side as well to guide us, so that we may remember that we are nature, too: always boundlessly creative. Daniel Bernhard is an artist, a somatic coach and a certified Pantarei practicioner with 22 years of experience working as an author, director and performer in theatre.

Sub-topic focus areas include: rising feminine for unity leadership, aligning with Earth's wisdom in business, and leading business from within to thrive with life. Nikki is a brand strategist, CEO adviser, regenerative investor and podcaster dedicated to shaping a future where business thrives in harmony with humanity and the Earth. She also wrote the book "Sacred Business".

Unsere Sexualität ist eng mit unseren persönlichen Geschichten, der Gesellschaft und dem Zeitgeist verwoben. Sie kann Quelle von Lust, Nähe und Erfüllung sein – aber auch von Leid, Erwartungen und Druck. Doch was macht sexuelle Erfahrungen wirklich bedeutungsvoll? Und wie finden wir heraus, was wir selbst wollen? In diesem Workshop schaffen wir einen sicheren, kontemplativen Raum – ohne Berührung. Egal, ob du viel, wenig oder keinen Sex hast (oder haben möchtest), ob du allein bist, in einer Beziehung oder in einer anderen Konstellation: Dieser Workshop ist eine Einladung zum Entdecken, Nachdenken, und Teilen neuer Perspektiven für alle, die ihre Sexualität auf eine tiefere Weise erforschen möchten. Alle sexuellen Orientierungen und Vorlieben sind willkommen.

Deep Time Walk: A fungal history of our living Earth

Ceri Flook

Ceri is a soil ecologist and food grower based out of a 150-hectare biodynamic farm in North Germany. On this guided walk with her, we will journey through Earth’s evolution. Along the way, we will pause at pivotal moments of entanglement among fungi, microbes, plants, and humans. My intention is to guide you into experiencing Deep Time and the interwoven world of microscopic life - offering a new perspective on how we might reorient ourselves in the quest to transform food systems. This workshop will be a space for emergence and reimagining. You will leave with a deeper sense of connection to the unseen forces that sustain life, a richer understanding of soil as a living entity, and a renewed vision for nourishing both ourselves and the Earth. Bring your insights, questions, and dreams as we walk, listen, and learn from the land together. Please note: We will be walking outside and sometimes not on define paths so appropriate footwear, sun protection and a level of mobility is needed.

Plant Dating - deepening your relationship to nature

In this workshop, we will explore our connection to the natural world through an interactive sensory experience. When we start to learn to use all our sensors while in nature we discover not only different aspects of the world around us but also our inner world. We will be exploring practices as group meditations, working in pairs, guided plant connection exercise, drawing, writing and ceremony. This workshop is for people that would like to deepen their relationship with nature in a playful way, helping us to reconnect with the childlike side in all of us and our inner cosmos. Tash is a trained Medical Herbalist, TCM & Homeopathic practitioner as well as over 13 years experience working in the fields of foraging, plant medicine making and plant communication.

Come as a Family!

While many of the workshops and festival activities are family-friendly, we also provide childcare during workshop times, so adults can also attend the experiences without their kids and fully dive into the sessions. At our kids space, children of the ages from 3 to 12 have their own creative playground to engage in various projects. Will they design their own upcycled crazy hat, create a magic dreamcatcher or come up with a completely new game to play together?

Our Wellbeing and Healing Space is a hidden oasis of calm on the festival grounds where you’ll be able to connect with facilitators offering one-on-one massages, bodywork, coaching, energy work, as well as a variety of other individual sessions for mind, body and soul. The team's mission is to empower and guide participants to find the capacity to heal within themselves and dive deeper into the ethos of personal development and conscious awakening - a crucial part of Pura Vida Festival Retreat.

There might be times at the festival when you experience intense or challenging emotions. We are here for you. Find somebody with a Walkie-Talkie or come to us: Our empathy and awareness tent is the safe space to ground and relax your nervous system by reconnecting with yourself as well as with others. Our team has different specialties in embodiment, breathing and meditation practices as well as guidance through emotions and trauma. They support you whenever you need it! The space is free for anyone to come anytime, to take a breath, cuddle, rest or to be held and seen.

Also, always keep in mind: We are all co-creators of everyone's exerience. Please engage with consent, respect boundaries - and communicate your own clearly. Let's care for a harmonious space where everyone feel safe, supported, valued and heard.

An enchanted 10h ecosystem between Hamburg and Berlin: “Wir bauen Zukunft” is our visionary partner project and the vibrant home to our festival retreat.

Expect lush idyllic nature with wide open green fields, majestic trees, lots of magical hidden spots and a magical forest to be explored. Here, in a flourishing environment and absolute tranquility far away from the main roads, underneath the sparkling starry skies, we can experience ourselves as beings that belong on this planet.
